Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, no questions asked.

Condition: unworn, with original tags attached.

How to return: write to our support email with your order number. We send return instructions within 24 working hours.

Refunds: issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of the return being validated.

Exchanges: the fastest route is to return the item and place a new order in the right size.

This policy is in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
